At ThriveCo, we stand behind the efficacy of our skincare formulations and want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our lab inspects the return.
